Rob's family and friends have been working tirelessly to see this bill, which would allow the police to arrest, without a warrant, reckless drivers who have caused serious bodily injury or death regardless of whether drugs or alcohol are involved, passed into law since it was first filed in 2003. S2472 passed both the House and Senate unanimously and was signed into law on August 2, 2010. It is now Chapter 296 of the Acts of 2010.
