Martinelli Act

On September 21, 2010, the family and friends of Rob Martinelli joined Governor Deval Patrick, Senator Stephen M. Brewer (D-Barre) and Representative Anne M. Gobi (D-Spencer) at the Massachusetts State House for a ceremonial bill signing of Senate Bill 2472, An Act Authorizing the Warrantless Arrest for Reckless or Negligent Vehicular Homicide, also known as the Rob Martinelli Act.
